Eleni Sharp

Eleni Sharp is head of Innovation Labs in BBC R&D. Her teams work across the BBC, developing strategies and accelerating cutting edge technology that can create meaningful change, such as better experiences, more value for audiences and new business models. Together, the Labs are optimising the BBC for the future.

Eleni specialises in setting up and facilitating open innovation in large organisations, her and her teams work is multi award winning and has been spoken about on a global stage.

Eleni has previously run world first research projects, high profile consumer digital products and prior to joining the BBC she worked with many well known brands on their digital strategy.
