Sten-Kristian Saluveer is Estonia, and Japan based innovation strategist, audiovisual producer, and content & technology entrepreneur. After more than 20 years in the audiovisual and content industry as a policy strategist and an audiovisual producer, Sten dedicates his time on projects that bring together world class creativity with world class tech and storytelling. Sten is the Founder of Storytek - a vertical focused mediatech accelerator and innovation hub and heading the Innovation track - NEXT - at the Marche Du Film of the Festival de Cannes. He is also a partner in the Exit Academy - a tailor-made coaching and advisory program that helps passionate startup founders to master the skills for reaching the potential of their companies towards successful exits. Most recently Sten helped to design and transform the world's number one content market - the Marche du Film - Festival de Cannes into its first virtual edition with more than 10 000 attendees connecting to the Marche globally.

Storytek is the first personalized creative/mediatech/storytelling accelerator and innovation lab. Founded in 2017 in the Baltics by private investors and the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, Storytek brings together deep audiovisual knowledge, technology and funding with a selection of storytellers and media and technology entrepreneurs. Through a 10-week intensive program with mentors across the world’s top media and technology companies, Storytek helps storytellers and entrepreneurs to develop their projects to pilots by boosting their creative and storytelling skills to knowledge about business models, financing and sales & distribution strategies. Besides startup acceleration and investment, Storytek also advises several media and tech companies from telcos. On broadcast integration, policy making, new content and investment projects. Storytek also provides consultation and advice on feature and documentary films for online, interactive and feature content to startups. In the past two years Storytek has ignited 24 startups from 9 countries through four waves.
